I have to sit back, though, and wonder just how this matter of debt has climbed to such a tremendous degree. When it's made aware that debt has grown to such a great amount, it's likely that debtors will be too fearful to do anything about it. Leaving the matter alone is arguably the worst thing that can be done, as problems can only grow from there.
It's apparent that every single debt collection agency is going to have a particular matter to focus on, whether statewide debt or not. I have to believe that this matter can be changed for the better, as evidenced by the quality tied into agencies along the lines of Rapid Recovery.
